How to Sort Entry Records

I added a couple of Tips in the MT Hacks section that describe how to create a new field in the Entry record and then how to use that field for sorting your entries based upon a numerical value. There is an entry in the Movable Type forum here.

I've been working on replacing the normal MT text editor with a visual editor similar to that used in MS FrontPage (actually it is the same control). So far, the work is moving along well. I now have the normal text features (bold, italics, underline), block indents and outdents, images, links and block tags (P, H1,.... H6) going. Still need to make the bulleted and numbered lists and the left, right justify controls.

Of course, all this only works if you are using MS IE 5.5+ on a windows box as that is the only setup that supports the control. So... if you are interested in using the editor, stay tuned...
